August 2013 is proving to be a successful month within our Builders Cleaning division.

Retail projects include a Primark new build in West Bromwich as part of the £22m redevelopment of New Square, and within our strategic partnership for Initial – the £5m conversion of an old DIY store in Leamington Spa into one of the leading high street retailers.

Our partnership with Thomas Vale construction continues with the completion of builders cleaning at the new £18m Portway Life Style Centre in Oldbury, West Midlands, with more projects on the drawing board.

Periodic Cleaning Solutions has also been awarded the post builders clean at the new Portway Lifestyle Centre in Oldbury. Areas to be cleaned include a sports hall, a hydrotherapy pool, a gym an weight area, a dance studio, a climbing wall , outdoor 3G football pitch, life-trail outdoor exercise area, multi-purpose activity room, meeting rooms, sensory room, cafeteria as well as a purpose-built GP surgery, Portway Family Practice. It will be open to everyone and will be a centre of excellence for people with disabilities.
