Duct Cleaning

It’s very easy for the inside of your system to remain out of sight and out of mind…

However it’s vital that your ducts are cleaned regularly in order for your system to function efficiently and to reduce the risk of fire. Here is where you can benefit from our comprehensive duct cleaning service.

Our teams of trained operatives can undertake an efficient and thorough cleaning of your ventilation ductwork, including the provision of pre and post cleaning photographic reports and final system certification. We have taken our time to build up a unit of our own engineers who are certified to IPAF, confined space working, CSCS and electrical competency.  They have also undergone training in Fire Damper Inspection & Testing, PASMA, Asbestos Awareness, Emergency First Aid at Work, COSHH, and Working at Height, so they are basically ready for anything!

All cleaning works are carried out in accordance with HVCA TR/19, LPC RC/16B & Workplace Health, Safety & Welfare Regulations A.C.O.P.

This service includes:

  • Free Site Surveys
  • Schematics
  • Method and Risk Assessment
  • Testing
  • Full Photographic Report before and after Cleaning.

Air Testing

We can deal with a simple supply system all the way to the deep clean of a kitchen extract from the canopy through to the ductwork and the fanset. Out of hours working isn’t a problem, just let us know what your requirements are.

Whatever the requirement for air quality testing, we have the professional staff and equipment to test your air.

From airborne contaminant testing to comply with health and safety law, to laser particulate testing for clean rooms, our trained technical staff can visit your premises and carry out air quality testing, volume checks or clean room calibration using a range of air testing equipment.

As always, we’ll provide you with a full report of our findings along with any suitable recommendations.

This is a particularly popular service which we offer to our contractors and organisations with multiple sites.

Filter Management

We can create, maintain and update a filter management database of detailed records of filter and belt requirements for multi-site contracts. The engineer or ordering office can then simply request a supply for a particular site (or deliveries to coincide with a ppm schedule) without the time-consuming inconvenience of having to look up and relay to us the full list of requirements each time it is needed. Any alterations to the site’s details are instantly updated, and we can tell at a glance when a site was last supplied, providing full delivery information if required.

Our aim is to make life easier for you and your engineers so we will work closely with you to tailor our act to suit your needs
