Through our London Division, Unique Support Services, we are proud to have won the Builders clean package at the new Primark Store in Coppergate York. Working in Partnership with Simpson York, we have undertaken builders cleaning for the new stores of Matalan, Next, Primark and M&S across the UK. From the largest Next Store in Kirkcaldy, to the flagship Matalan store on Oxford Street, our cleaning teams have delivered a first rate service on budget and on schedule.

The innovative use of  'Clean & Protect' has worked well on recent projects, ensuring that variations are either reduced or fully eliminated altogether. Our Site Foreman ensures that other trades are fully aware of their obligation to protect theirs and other trades  work during their duties, and we ensure where possible areas that have recieved a clean are protected. This method of working has earnt our teams high praise from both Main Contractor, Trades and especially the End Client, who when carrying out periodic walkrounds, can see a their project is being well looked after.

This method has been employed (as seen below) during the cleaning at Primark Monks Cross when cleaning the Main Atrium and Till Sections. With the best will in the worls and the tightest of programmes, our experience has shown that other trades often have to return to final cleaned areas to either snagg or re-deliver their works. This usually invloves Tape & Jointers or final Decorating Trades which result in re-cleaning costs either being incured by the main contractor or charged back to the sub-contarctor concerned.
