Our Managed Site Services division of Periodic Cleaning has now completed another Big Shed clean on behalf of Buckingham Group Contracting at BMW Pineham.  BMW Group’s industry-leading logistics operation at Prologis Park Pineham distributes parts to BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad retailers throughout the UK and Ireland and globally for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.  The distribution centre, which has seen steady growth since it opened for business in 2012, is also home to BMW Group’s growing e-commerce parts and accessory business.

Periodic Cleaning Solutions specilaist teams completed a full Pre Occupancy clean before handover at the end of December 2016. Externally works included High Level Cladding  & Window Cleaning both by way of MEWP, Jet Washing and other general low level cleaning. Internally, Cleaning included all apects of the fabric of the building and Builders/Sparkle clean to a small Office and Welfare Unit and Plant Deck. On this project the cleint had also specified the cleaning of the High Level Sprinkle System.
