... Just wanted to say the recent carpet clean within BWH was super. There was a large area that I thought we needed to change the tiles with the large stain actually came up – amazing!!. The team, almost go unnoticed and the floors came up very well although I appreciate their frustrations that some staff do not remove all items from the floors even with prior notice via Comms.
